Fragtvalidering is an advanced invoice checking platform that offers you a thorough, automated check of all your freight invoices and shipments. In a typical manual invoice check, a limited number of key figures on the invoice of shipments, geographical zone or total amount) are compared with data from your order management or booking system.  Key points of control may be that you have been charged for the agreed number of pallets on the agreed route, but often there is no control of items such as extra fees that may have been charged on the invoice – or whether agreed prices, calculations of benefits or potential consolidation have been included.

With Fragtvalidering’s solution, every single line of every single shipment of every single invoice is checked. By this thorough process, we identify a far higher number of errors, faults and invalid surchargesthan any manual random sampling checks or traditional internal systems for implementation in your purchasing system can do.

In addition, we challenge the price and benefit agreements that your freight carriers have offered you. In this way we ensure that at any point in time, your agreements and contracts are fair and in line with current practice.

How does Fragtvalidering’s freight invoice checking work?

Our freight invoice checking method functions on the basis of a strong, specially developed software robot that checks every submitted invoice line for line and compares it to your price agreements.  

If the robot detects any errors, discrepancies or deviations, such as surcharges or hedging, it notifies one of our freight specialists who will then check the invoice manually.  

We will contact the freight carrier in order to request reparations for the detected errors, missing  consolidation or benefit calculation and, if needed, to challenge the validity of any surcharges that may have been added to the invoice.  

Finally, we make sure that any amount that you have overpaid is credited.

You will receive the preliminary analysis in the form of a report that gives you deep insight into:
